For this luncheon, we honor our Executive Chef, Alex Neira, with selecting Spain for our "location." Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Chef Alex owned several restaurants in Spain during the pandemic, one of which was a Michelin Star nominated. We are excited to share Alex's favorite meal for lunch today.
