YOGA on the FARM - Spring Series - Tuesdays 4/18-5/23 (6:00-7:15pm) and Saturdays 4/22-5/27 (9:00-10:15am)

Payment of $108 (cash or check) is due in full on the first day of the series.  Discounted rates for veterans, please inquire. 

Our Spring Series is a progressive, beginner based yoga practice.  Spring is a time for renewal and cleansing.  This Spring Series we will focus on detoxing and rejuvenating the body and mind from the stale winter.  Modifications will be made to accommodate everyone - a yoga practice should be made unique to each individual's strengths and limitations.  

Attending the full six weeks is suggested.  If you miss a Saturday you can make it up on Tuesday and vice versa.  Or attend both Tuesdays and Saturdays for the same price and thereby experience more noticeable results.  

Instructor Eliza Miron has studied at length in Mysore, India at the Ashtanga Yoga world headquarters, KPJAYI (Krishna Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute) under the guidance of her teacher, Sharath Jois.    She brings a lineage based practice grounded in tradition.  While yoga is certainly good for our bodies, the true experience come from within.  Yoga is a subjective practice that can help calm your mind, and bring more peace and stability to your busy life.  Read more at
