Tuesdays and Thursdays (6:00-7:15pm) and Saturdays (9:00-10:15am)*
*Saturday class is a traditional Ashtanga guided class. Some experience is required. We suggest the beginner's series.
Beginners - 4 week intro course Mondays/Wednesdays 6-7p starting June 5. $108 for either or both.
Drop-ins by reservations or packages are available. Full 12 weeks Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day): $200-$250. 10 class pass: $100-$130. Prices are based on a sliding scale to accommodate everyone; lower prices reflect an option for full time students, single parents, veterans. Please inquire.
Modifications will be made to accommodate everyone - a yoga practice should be made unique to each individual's strengths and limitations.
Yoga instructor Eliza Miron teaches a traditional yoga practice called Ashtanga Yoga. She has studied at length in Mysore, India at the Ashtanga Yoga world headquarters, KPJAYI (Krishna Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute) under the guidance of her teacher, Sharath Jois. She is the only authorized Ashtanga teacher in the state. This is a method of practice accessible to all ages and abilities; the practice is intended to quiet the distracted mind and bring more focus, concentration and awareness. Parking: Please park in the lot across from the Farmstead. You will walk through the trail, go over the bridge and the red barn is on your left. Bathrooms and locker rooms are also in the barn.
