Our 3rd annual spring - Yoga on the Farm. This is a perfect opportunity for someone new to a yoga practice as we will progress slowly, learning a beginner friendly sequence over the six weeks, meeting Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Instructor, Eliza Miron, who studied at length in Mysore, India, hopes to bring insight to the other aspects of a Yoga practice besides just the physical components.
