First course: 

Russell Sheep Farm Lamb Meatballs - yogurt, pickled peppers and pita

Gumbo Ya Ya -  Andouille sausage, fried chicken, peppers, onions, tomatoes okra, rice and scallions

Farm Salad -  Parmesan cheese, farm greens, red wine vinaigrette

 

Main course:

Wagyu Stew - slow braised Wagyu, farm vegetables

Cornmeal Crusted Catfish - crab etouffée

 

Dessert:

Vanilla Crème Brulée

Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Cake
