Reservations
Our goal is to provide you with the best Bed & Breakfast experience possible. Unlike major hotels with hundreds of rooms, we are a small Inn with just four guest rooms where we provide a personalized experience to a select, small group of guests. Because of the limited number of rooms, when you make a reservation with us, we require that you guarantee your reservation to a major credit card or provide advance payment. If you must cancel your reservation we require notification from you at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance of 4pm Indiana time on your scheduled date of arrival. Cancellations after this time require payment in full of your reservation.
Please note that we have limited access for disabled persons. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Inn building. Smoking is permitted on the grounds. Guests who smoke are required to dispose of cigarette remains in approved containers. Any guest who smokes in their room or in their bathroom will be required to leave without refund and may be charged a cleaning fee of up to $500.00.
We are pleased to allow well behaved children at the Inn. Children must be supervised by their parents or another responsible adult when in the common areas of the Inn.
Pets are not allowed at the Inn and we can recommend a local kennel if needed.
As a guest at the Inn, social consumption of alcohol is permitted though excessive consumption is not allowed. All guests are required to respect the rights of other guests to a relaxing and enjoyable time at the Inn. Consequently, we have established a policy of quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. During these hours guests are required to keep media volume down and to keep conversation volume at normal levels so as not to disturb other guests. We strive to make your experience at the Inn a highly enjoyable and relaxing one.

Rates are $175 for the master suite (king) with bath, $125 for the queen bedroom, $125 for the full bedroom, and $125 for the bedroom with two twin beds (guests staying in these three rooms will share a bath). The entire Inn can be booked for $500/night.
